GRANDMOTHERS' HEALING PLAN

DISCLAIMER: I AM SHARING MY PERSONAL HEALING PLAN THAT WAS CHANNELED SPECIFICALLY FOR ME DURING MY RECOVERY FROM BREAST CANCER. THIS PLAN WAS NOT RECOMMENDED BY A DOCTOR AND IS NOT PRESENTED HERE AS A CURE FOR ANYTHING THAT MAY BE A HEALTH CHALLENGE FOR YOU. IF YOU CHOOSE TO INCORPORATE THIS IN PART OR IN WHOLE INTO YOUR HEALING PLAN, PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR MEDICAL PRACTITIONER.

  • 1 CUP OF WARM WATER WITH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE (¼ OF A LEMON)

  • QIGONG , YOGA & MEDITATION/CHANTS/PRAYERS

  • THEN BATHE – AFTER BATHING - RUB BODY ESPECIALLY THE BACK, SHOULDER, LEFT BREAST & ARM WITH A COMBINATION OF CASTOR OIL, GRAPE-SEED OIL, & HEMP OIL ON A COTTON CLOTH

  • TAKE AN AM NAP WHILE USING A HOT COMPRESS OF CASTER OIL & LEAVE ON BREAST & LYMPH AREA AT LEAST 20 MINUTES EACH TIME WHILE RESTING

HEALING FOODS/AM

  • JUICE THREE LARGE CARROTS, AN APPLE WITH A ½ TEASPOON OF BARLEY GREENS, CAP FULL EACH OF HEMP OIL, FLAX SEED OIL, OMEGA 3, 6, 9 OIL, AND ALOE VERA JUICE, 5 DROPS OF LYMPHOMYOSOT (THIS SHOULD MAKE 16 OZ)

  • ½ HOUR LATER 12 OZ BERRY SMOOTHIE – SOY, ALMOND OR RICE MILK (BETTER TO ALTERNATE), W/ STRAWBERRIES, BANANA & ANY COMBO OF FRESH BERRIES, YOU CAN ALTERNATE SOY W/ PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA

  • ½ HOUR LATER – HIBISCUS TEA w/ HONEY & ¼ TEASPOON OF VITAMIN “C” CRYSTALS

MID DAY

  •  BEGIN W/ HOT GINGER TEA SWEETENED W/ HONEY, RAW SUGAR OR STEVIA
  • 16OZ OF CARROT/APPLE JUICE WITH MORNING SUPPLEMENTS EXCLUDING LYMPHOMYOSOT

  • 1/2 HR LATER GREEN SMOOTHIE – AVOCADO, APPLE, ALMOND OR SOY MILK

  • ½ HR LATER – 1 CUP OF HIBISCUS TEA W/ HONEY

DINNER

  • 16OZ CARROT/CELERY/APPLE JUICE WITH AM SUPPLEMENTS

  • ½ HOUR LATER – GINGER TEA

  • SALAD – LOTS OF VARIETIES OF GREENS, VINEGAR-ET DRESSING W/

    Avocados,Peppers,Mushrooms,Red onions,Parsley,Apples,Beets,Few tomatoes

  • FOLLOWED BY 16 OZ SPINACH, BEETS & CARROT JUICE

    DRINK 12 0Z OF WATER EVERY HOUR OF THE DAY/ESP UPON RISING & ½ HOUR BEFORE SLEEP
    WATER SHOULD BE KEPT IN A CONTAINER WITH A HANDFUL OF FRESH PARSLEY OVERNIGHT, COVER THE CONTAINER WITH CHEESE CLOTH BUT NO TIGHT COVER. DRINK ALL OF THE WATER EACH DAY OR THE WATER WILL SPOIL.

ADDITIONAL FOOD OPTIONS

  • YAMS TWICE A WEEK/BAKED

  • 2 BOILED OR POACHED EGGS A DAY

  • 1 CUP OF RAW OATMEAL, BANANA, RAW COCONUT, GRANOLA & HONEY (AM OPTION)

  • 7 GRAIN CEREAL (AM OPTIONS)

  • Wheat less ( SPELT BREAD IS MY CHOICE) bread toasted w/peanut butter (am opts)

  • MAKE YOUR PARSLEY water AND LEAVE over night at room temp FOR NEXT DAY

  • RAW NUTS

  • AT LEAST TWO BANANAS A DAY IN ADDITION TO THE SMOOTHIES

  • LENTILS & BEANS

  • BROWN SHORT GRAIN RICE (2X WEEK)

SUPPLEMENTS, VITAMINS, MINERALS, ETC....

  • 3 X A DAY IN JUICES: HEMP OIL, OMEGA 3-6-9 OIL, FLAXSEED OIL, ALOE VERA JUICE, BARLEY GREENS, GRAPE-SEED EXTRACT

  • 2X A DAY: GREEN TEA EXTRACT PILLS (2 PILLS), LYMPHOMYOSOT (5 DROPS EACH TIME), SUPER “B” COMPLEX, VITAMIN “C” CRYSTAL, ANTIOXIDANT, OXYGEN SUPPORT (PILL)

  • ONCE A DAY: MULTIPLE VITAMIN, LIVER SUPPLEMENT, IRON, VITAMIN E (400UI), CALCIUM, MAGNESIUM, POTASSIUM, VITAMIN “D”, 1 CAPSULES EACH OF TURMERIC AND NE-EM POWDER, BIO CO Q 10, STOOL SOFTENER ONCE A DAY OR ONCE EVERY OTHER DAY

  • ENEMA 3 X A WEEK WITH A FEW DROPS OF CASTOR OIL

OTHER HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS:

  • 1 TABLESPOON OF BRAGG S APPLE CIDER VINEGAR IN A 12 OZ GLASS OF WATER ONCE A DAY

  • VARIOUS BRANDS OF VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS WERE RECOMMENDED. I HAD TO EXPERIMENT AND FIND THE BEST ONES FOR MY SYSTEM

  • WALK IN NATURE, DEEP BREATHE IN NATURE, GET AT LEAST TWENTY MINUTES OF SUN IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON, EXERCISE IN NATURE AND BE SURE TO MAKE TIME FOR PLAY AND LAUGHTER. SING, DANCE AND CELEBRATE LIFE.
