OF A LEMON) QIGONG , YOGA & MEDITATION/CHANTS/PRAYERS
THEN BATHE – AFTER BATHING - RUB BODY ESPECIALLY
THE BACK, SHOULDER, LEFT BREAST & ARM WITH A COMBINATION OF CASTOR OIL, GRAPE-SEED OIL,
& HEMP OIL ON A COTTON CLOTH TAKE AN AM NAP
WHILE USING A HOT COMPRESS OF CASTER OIL & LEAVE ON BREAST & LYMPH AREA AT LEAST 20 MINUTES EACH TIME WHILE RESTING
HEALING FOODS/AM
JUICE THREE LARGE CARROTS, AN APPLE WITH A ½
TEASPOON OF BARLEY GREENS, CAP FULL EACH OF HEMP OIL, FLAX SEED OIL, OMEGA 3, 6, 9 OIL, AND ALOE VERA JUICE, 5 DROPS OF
LYMPHOMYOSOT (THIS SHOULD MAKE 16 OZ) ½ HOUR LATER
12 OZ BERRY SMOOTHIE – SOY, ALMOND OR RICE MILK (BETTER TO ALTERNATE), W/ STRAWBERRIES, BANANA & ANY COMBO OF
FRESH BERRIES, YOU CAN ALTERNATE SOY W/ PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA ½ HOUR LATER – HIBISCUS TEA w/ HONEY & ¼ TEASPOON OF VITAMIN “C” CRYSTALS
MID DAY - BEGIN W/ HOT GINGER TEA SWEETENED W/ HONEY, RAW SUGAR OR STEVIA

LATER GREEN SMOOTHIE – AVOCADO, APPLE, ALMOND OR SOY MILK ½ HR LATER – 1 CUP OF HIBISCUS TEA W/ HONEY DINNER 16OZ CARROT/CELERY/APPLE JUICE WITH AM SUPPLEMENTS ½ HOUR LATER – GINGER TEA SALAD – LOTS OF VARIETIES OF GREENS, VINEGAR-ET DRESSING W/ Avocados,Peppers,Mushrooms,Red onions,Parsley,Apples,Beets,Few tomatoes FOLLOWED BY 16 OZ SPINACH, BEETS & CARROT JUICE DRINK 12 0Z OF
WATER EVERY HOUR OF THE DAY/ESP UPON RISING & ½ HOUR BEFORE SLEEP WATER SHOULD BE KEPT IN A CONTAINER

HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS: 1 TABLESPOON OF BRAGG S APPLE
CIDER VINEGAR IN A 12 OZ GLASS OF WATER ONCE A DAY VARIOUS
BRANDS OF VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS WERE RECOMMENDED. I HAD TO EXPERIMENT AND FIND THE BEST ONES FOR MY SYSTEM
WALK IN NATURE, DEEP BREATHE IN NATURE, GET AT LEAST TWENTY MINUTES
OF SUN IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON, EXERCISE IN NATURE AND BE SURE TO MAKE TIME FOR PLAY AND LAUGHTER. SING, DANCE AND
CELEBRATE LIFE.
